Both my parents are here with B2 Visa which was in pending status of extension request. Intially B2 should have expired on 3/5/08 and i filed application for them in January and ask for extension to 9/5/08.
Now, i just found that my mother is a sufferer of domestic violence from my father so i want to keep her here and send my father back on 9/1, when was originally planned. I am currently having green card and can start to apply for citizenship in September.
So, what will be the best choice for me to handle my mother's status? Apply for another extension? or something even better?
Please advise!
