I am negotiating with my prospective employer at this moment about O-1 visa. They are considering the cost $7000 (I believe what they mentioned was the total cost, not just the attorney fees).
I wonder how much people usually cost for O-1 and how to argue with the attorney to have a lower cost (since the filing fee for a for profit company is already very high. It will be $1500 + 320 and the premium cost will be $1000, total filing fee = $2820. Correct me if I am wrong please).
My offer is based on this agreement with the company on this matter. How to convince them to file O-1 for me?
