My wife came to the States four years ago with F2. Then she changed to F1 to pursuing her degree. After that, she has applied for H1B in 2003 but failed. In late 2003, she went back to China for the family issue. Now, she wants to come back. She has two choices, one is going for F2 now, another is to wait until I get my H1B this Oct. Which do you think safer? Any fresh information about F2 Visa. Since she changed her status twice, is this going to be a problem for applying F2? Thanks very much for any of your help!
