PJiang & XBT: Does USCIS processing timeframe mean RD or Notice newusaguy2008-07-19 02:35:15

For example, current I-485 processing timeframe at NSC is August 10, 2007. My I-148 RD is August 9 and Notice Date is Sept 20. Does USCIS NSC process my case now?
