I posted couple of days ago for the issue. Now, I have some updates.
Just found during the weekend that my attorney had my COB in the I-485 form
as India. I have already received the notice of reciept.
Has anyone had the similar experience? I hope not. Anyone had similar
experience would like to share is very very welcome.
My attorney told me that they can fixed it(Lies, all lies.). He even mentioned writing letter to local congress. However, USCIS
said that the information is already in the system and it will not be
changed until an adjudicator assigned to the case, which means I am
officially India if nothing can be done on it.
Even worse is that, I want to apply for AP now. I hope it can still go
through.My attorney said I could attach the material with his letter and birth certificates.
