I am a U.S. Citizen. My parents are in China. I want to apply for Green Card
for them ASAP. After I file I-130, can they come to visit me any time while
we're waiting or they have to wait for an interview for the immigration
visa # at the local office in China? After they get the immigration visa #,
do they have to come to US right way to complete the process? can I file I-
485 for them? and when to file?
