my opt will expire on july,2009
A company filed a H1B for me for this year (still pending)
Now B company is willing to sponsor H1B for me
Can I take my risk to transfering the pending H1B ?
or start to work for B company right away with OPT and doing the transfer after 10/01/2008? if A company withdraw the H1B petition, I can still use my OPT till July,2009. In that way, I will have 3 month gap next assuming that B company file H1B application for me next year?
