Can I submit another EB1b while the previous one is pending? carrot122008-07-26 18:43:50

EB1b 140 485 were submitted last July and are still pending.Have to leave current job now. Is it possible to submit another EB1B if got another job ?

How to do it? Cancel the pending one and submit the new one?
