I will start working in Jan 2005. My H-1B applicantion was file this month. It will take probably 3-4 months to approve. My question is: is it true that even if the quota of 2005 is used up by Oct. 1 and my applicantion has yet been approved by then, I can still get the H-1B? In other words, as long as my applicantion is filed before the cap is filled, I will be fine.
