I am applying green card for my mom(in China). According to the IV packet 3, she needs her visa extension approval letter, which I have lost it. I don't even know how to request a copy from USCIS, b/c i don't have the receit#. I called USCIS, did't get any clear help, emailed GZ Embassy, never got reponse. The prepaid Visa Info Certer call didn't help. Do we really have to have this letter for the interview? Is there a way to go around it?
