我的疑问是，如果我是打算转成H1b之后part-time继续学业，也就是现在还没有办法毕业。那么在转成H1b之前的这段时间到底怎么算呢？ （是必须按照F1 fulltime算呢，还是grace period 算）。。谢谢您的答复。。

我的I20仍然有效到明年8月份，H1b今年10月份就生效，想问关于这个秋季是否要full-time注册的问题。。
秋季开学时间为8月底，到10月份大概有37天， 读了pjiang大师的关于60天grace period的文章，还是不知道我这个是否算得上grace period (因为我的I20没有过期），请各位在帮忙看看，谢谢了。

Don't think any problem. If you graduated before I-20 expiration, your status expired upon graduation and you have grace period since then.
