Hi, all, please help me these:
My 140 and 485 have been filed for more than 365 days in California, but my 140 has not been approved. My company plans to relocate me from California office to Texas office. I will do the same job, same title and stay in the same group but in different office.
1.Will it be safer for me to move after my I-140 is approved?
2. And will my case be transferred from NSC to TX center?
