Anyone can provide some information on changing job after 485 pending for
180 days with an approved 140 (such as risk, and recommended procedure)?
The new job will be the similar/same field. I came across some indian immigration BBS, some people thought it is risky.
My case: PD 2/2006, I-140 approved: 9/2006, I-485 filed 8/2007
The lawyer appointed by the new company suggested to sumbit AC21 memo to USCIS after I receive the H-1B tranfer approval notice (it is already mailed). Any suggestions?
Anyone already got greencard after changing job using AC21? Thanks a lot.
