刚才发现本人的 H-1b 被updated 如下。本人一个月前被公司裁员，去年公司给办的 H-1 也就自动作废了。当时我不想办，没必要！侓事死劲说，想挣那个fee。办下来以后，我既没用它，更没出去 activate it! 我用 EAD 工作。这不又有了个 2 年的EAD。现在我的 PD (08/2005) is current. 请问大俠， 这对我的 485 有何影响？ Who has the same experience in this matter as mine? What should I do? I think the notice has been sent to company's attorney。What is the purpose of USCIS to do so?
