俺最近要从f2换成h1-b。对方学校的小蜜说可以去领approval notice了。请问
approval notice 是不是意味着学校那边已经办好了？
另外，我跟小蜜说我要出境换签证，她回信说没有必要为了换签证出一次境。原话是：
You cannot update the visa sticker within the US. You DO NOT need to
update that until the next time you travel outside the US. Your status
within the US is settled with the approval notice. The visa sticker enables
you to re-enter the US when you travel abroad.
这是啥意思？她的意思是说暂时不必换护照上的签证，下一次出入境的时候再换都行？
那么只要她把必要的文件给我，我的身分就算转完了？可是实际身份与护照上的身份不
一致，将来办别的证件不会出麻烦么？
如果不出境的话，到了这一步，俺到底还需要做些什么才算完全办好了呢？
