找工作时，对reference有何要求？必须要目前老板的reference吗？
偶是博后，想找industry工作。因为目前是H1，the worst scenario is, if the postdoc boss knows my intent and fires me, I will lose my status immediately. It is will be too difficulty situation. 暂时不想让老板知道。
博后合同是一年一年续的。不过偶看contract写着"your employment with the
university is subject to termination by you or the university at any time
during the ter of contract and you are deemed to be an emplyee at will."
其实偶还是比较喜欢在学校里工作的。偶打算找industry工作的原因是因为偶发现现在从
事的博后工作学术价值非常不高，对今后的career development没有什么帮助。还不如去
工业届干上几年，增加些经验值。
可是目前的VISA问题实在是让偶头痛。否则，即使没有industry的工作，偶也不想在这里
呆着了。BTW，偶找的工作与博士工作有关，与博后几乎没有关系。
