Sorry to post my question again here (I asked here several days ago and didn't get any response)

I am trying to select a lawyer for NIW. Right now I am thinking Yong Liang (Liang Law) or Ms. Miao Hai at 精诚律师事务.

Any one can give me some comments on these two lawyers?
