Could you please give some suggestions on my case? My I-485 was submitted on july 2007 based on my EB3 I-140 (PD: june2003) and my second I-140 EB2 was approved recently. since there is no hope to wait for EB3 per recent VB, may I transfter my pending I-485 from EB3 to EB2 to carry ober PD? Is it possible and save time?
per my research online, some people said it works, some people said no, and said it is better to file another I-485 based on second I-140 because interfiling or transfering will take much longer time and CIS may mass up my case. could you please give me some advice how to do for me?
