Hello Pjiang:
EAD renew filed to TSC on 5/21 based on C09. Still pending. EAD will expire on 8/30. Called USCIS twice(8/11 and 8/15) and they wish me good luck. but no response so far. Went to local office today and they not let me talk to anyboday without infopass. But infopass is not availiable now. What should I do? My whole family are depending on me for the job. I can not lose it. Never expect the EAD renewal will take so long.
Help!
