My 485 is pending for more than 180 days. I have EAD. I have two offers now. Both are similiar jobs
1. will do H1 transfer
2. the employer will not sponsor green card, which means I will use my EAD to be able to work.
I want to know the risk of accepting offer 2.
a. if my current 485 got rejected, is there anyway I can continue working here?
b. If accepting offer 2, I got RFE, if the new employer will sign my RFE letter. Do I need anything from them before getting Green card?
c. To renew EAD, do I need anything from new employer?
