1.I485 pending, PD Jan 06, current
2.First 3 years H1B expired 9/30/08, company does not want to renew H1B as previlaging wage the company lawyer got back of DOL increased $30K compare to 3 years ago.
3.Already filed EAD renew with NSC, RD is 7/31/08.
Right now the problem is I am not sure I can get the EAD before 9/30/08, if not, I will have a gap, haven't talked to HR to see whether they can accept no pay vacation during gap. Any suggestion or anybody had similar situation?
