We just got inquiry feedback from USCIS that the name check cleared and visa available. Fingerprints just have expired.Need to do fingerprints again.
We did fingerprint in May, 2007 (exactly 15 months to now). We co-filed 140 and 485 in May, 2005. We got both 140s (NIW and EB1B) approved in June, 2006. Our lawyer told us that 485 was attached to EB1B 140.
We are under EB1B case. Why did USCIS mention visa number? I think USCIS has another excuse to delay our case.
