which center should I send my follow to join 485? S.T.2008-08-21 23:31:29

My hu*****and's 485 is in NSC,and his I485 receipt also come from NSC. However, by district, we suppose to send to TSC. What should I do? Pls help!
Also, what's the current address of the NSC or TSC, whichever I should send to?
