Hi all,
I remember long time someone had a post here detailing the process
of calling USCIS help number 1-800-375-5283 to get an officer, or
at least a customer service representative. But I forgot the details.
Since the visa date passed my PR already, I wanted to get someone on
the phone to check the status details for my case (if I can get an
officer), or at least submit a service request (if I can only get a CSR).
But somehow I always got the auto message, which reports just what I
can see from online status check.
Anyone knows how to get a real person from USCIS on the phone? (By the
way, my case is on NSC, if that makes a difference in calling process).
Thanks!
