question about leaving U.S. xiaoxiaozi2004-08-05 18:05:29

Hi,

My wife's H4 extension is in process but she may have to
leave U.S. before she obtains the new status and
receives her new I94. Will this be a problem?
Any recommendations/comments would be appreciated.
