丢掉工作最近又找到工作,在转H1,移民局要H1签证additional evidence:
A. Copies of pay stubs from XXX showing that you were working and therefore maintained H-1B status until May 8th/9th. (I从5月9日申请转F2)
B. A letter from XXX regarding the employer/employee relationship and status of same on May 8th;
联系原来的公司, 居然发现他们在我被lay off 时(2月底)就写信通知移民局我被解雇了.
我的上一个H1到期是在May12. 公司付我钱到4月24日, 又给了2星期vacation钱. 但是当时我要公司把vacation钱加在最后的4月24日的pay check 里给我了.
现在公司可以帮我解释最后一张pay check, 说4月25日到5月8日是vacation. 他们不愿说employer/employee relationship until May8. 请问我现在怎么回复移民局?
