My parents came to America (B2) on Sep. 2007. They have extended their staying for 1 year, they will go back to China on Sep. 2008. Recently got our green card approved, and want to apply Canada visa for them and bring them to Canada for a short visiting. The problem is their 1 year visa was obtained on Aug, 2007.
My questions are: 1. Can we apply for the Canada visa for them?)
2. If they can got the Canada visa, will they have problem to come back to U.S.? (Their air ticket is from U.S. to China)
