My I-94 has AP expire date (June 2009) when I came back from china in June, but my H1 will expire at the end of 2009 and I will renew it then. Please tell me I should extend my H1 before AP expire date? or I can stay here beyond the AP expire date? I am really confused about the date. Thank you for your kind assistance.
