Perm 申请了近一年半。刚拿到了labor certificate。我们Human Resource给我签perm申请的那个人换工作，走了。律师跟我说，如果file I-140时，HR给签字的与perm申请时,签字的不是同一个人。 我的labor certificate有可能会作废。

我是不是只能跳楼了？
