Hi, I'm going to landing canada soon. I have quite a few queations that I want to be clear before going. Hopefully you guys can help me out. Thanks a lot.
1. I'm H1 (F1->H1), my wife is F1 in US. I will drive to canada (probably Winsor). Do we need go to US Ambasse in Canada applying for new visa in order to come back to US? I heard no new visa needed if we come back in 30 days, is this the case for both H1 & F1?
2. When landing, can I tell Canadian officer the truth that we'd go back to US immediately? I heard if you tell them u'd not stay in Canada, there is risk your Mapple card will be denied? Is it possible to come back in the same day? I can not wait for Mapple card, I plan to let it sent to a friend in Canada.
3. Can I drive my car or I have to rent a car? How to claim the money you have? Can I tell them the money are all in bank and no cash?
