Questions about changing job after 485 pending 180 days Nosoda2008-09-03 17:27:31

My I 140 just got approved, and 485 was ted in July 07. Now there is a good opportunity, could you please help me with the below questions?

1) the new job has the similar resposibilities, but the job title is "senior", does that matter?

2) Can I extend H1 for 3 years by using the approved 140 from my previous company?

3) Can I have my new company to sponsor a new PERM?
