I renewed my EAD two months ago, based on employment I 485 application, (received receive notice 1.5 month ago), still not yet approved. the previous EAD will expire soon, questions:
1. what to do ?
2. can still work while the previous EAD expired while waiting for new EAD ?
3. if the answer to question 2 is negative, will it be ok not go to work, but just take vacation days until EAD approves
your help will be greatly appreciated.
