We filed WOM to solve the delay of I-485s caused by NC. Our cases were approved recently. The ASUSA asked us to consent to dismiss our WOM case, but he refused to tell us whether our NCs are cleared. Therefore, following donkeyroads instruction, we replied that we could only consent "dismissal without prejudice". Today, ASUSA sent us "Consent Motion to Dismiss as Moot". We want to ask donkeyroad and other experts what "Consent Motion to Dismiss as Moot" means. What should we do? Should we just consent it? Is it same as "Dismissal without Prejudice"? Moreover, although all approve notices were received, our kid's green card has not come yet. Should we wait untill we receive it?
