Please help!!! Why infopass did not tell us about our name check ruby20072008-09-05 00:38:43

Yesterday, we went to infopass at Los Angeles down town, but the officer did not tell us if our name check clear or not, she said she can not tell me, is here anybody meet the same problem? We even call twice to USCIS before infopass, but they did not tell us, so How can we ask them about our name check, right now, we are current.
