EAD renewal 的身份问题. vcr2008 文学城

plan to renew EAD. My situation is, EB1b 140 approved last month, 485 still pending. And current H1 will expire by the end of this year. So what immigration status I should fill at blank 15, H1b or Adjustment applicant?thanks.
