我去年７月DIY的NIW，工科硕士，没有paper发表.
现在收到RFE，就要求citation一项，还特别note: the evidence already submitted demonstrates that the proposed research employment has substantial intrinsic merit and would be national in scope. 看来他们就是想要看我有无paper发表？另外从信发出到回复的deadline只有６个星期时间。我本来就没有paper，当时的材料里也没有的，这应该怎么回复呢？？
