My H1B visa was approved on 08/03/2004. However I need to go back to china to get the visa (caused by mistake of my company). My questions are:
(1). If I go back to China (Chengdu),how do you think the chance that I will be stuck by Security Check (I major in Statistics.)?
(2). I also submited F2 application on 06/20/2004. It hasn't been approved yet. Do you think it is possible to submit a new H1B application and the receipt notice of F2 application with premium? (3)Or do I have to wait until the F2 application is approved?
(4). Is submitting a new H1B application a better way than going back to China?
