Hello,
I finally got something with my I140 petition ( NIW, Filed on July 16,
2007 to TSC). It is the Notice of intent to deny but in the letter, it
seems only ask me to complete a ETA-750 form Part B without RFE. Please help.
Here is what in the letter.
"Reference is made to the Immingrant Petition for Alien Worker, Form I-140
, filed with this office on behalf of the above named petitioner and
beneficiary. Any response to this notice fof intent to deny should be
submitted to the above address. Place a copy of this notice and the attached
coversheet on top to insure the timely processing.
Service records indicate that this petition was filed and received by this
service on July 16, 2007.
The petitioner is self-petitioning as an alien applying fo ra Naitonal
interest Waiver( who IS a member of the professions holding an adavnced
degree or an alien of exceptional ability)
( In bold) the petitioner must submit a fully completed and signed statement
of qualifications of alien, part B, from ETA-750.
The petitioner has 33 days form the date of this correspondence in which to
respond to this notice. failure to do so may eresult in the denial of this
petition."

My questions:
Do I need to provide more evidence and letters in addition to sending them
the ETA750 Form?
