Dear Sir/Madam,
I am currently a H1-B visa holder. For some reason, I have to leave my current employer within 2 months. Facing the current economic situation, I am not sure whether I will for certain find another position which can help me issue another H1-B visa within 2 months. One question here, how long can I stay in US legally at maximum after I terminated my employment with my current employer?
My boyfriend and I are seriously thinking about marriage, but not in a rush from marriage perspective. However, if I can't find a fit job within 2 months, we probably have to get married as soon as possible in order to be together. If so, when should we get married in order to keep my legal status in US after 2 months?
