Any one could help me on this? My EAD will be expired 9/24/2008,
My employer only accept real EAD as the evident to I-9 verification,
otherwise my employment will be terminated. I read a lot from this
forum that people often take "No pay leave" to wait for new EAD.
What is the legal ground to take "no pay leave"? If any one could provide me some regulation on paper, I would forward to my employer.
Please help!!!
