I submitted EB1-B on Jan 2008 with I140 and I485. I140 was approved on Feb. Submitted RFE for I485 materials on March. Had a info-pass on August and was told name check was already clear. But my case still remains untouched. I would like to push USCIS with a letter. Does anybody know how to write a letter and to whom it should be sent?
