请教各位，我是美国公民，我先生在香港，是新加坡公民，我正在帮他，办I-130,本来case是在内华达的，现在转到了加州办公室，他们给我寄了一封信，是I-797E，信的内容是这样的：
“you indicate on the petition that the beneficiary, XXX, is under immigration proceedings. Please submit an explanation of why the beneficiary is under immigration proceedings, including all information, circumstances, dates, file numbers, and photocopies of any correspondence relating to this matter.”
请问我到底要怎么回答，还有什么东西要给他们寄的吗？我认为我寄了他们要求的所有材料了。
