最近看到文章关于applications for the 2010 visa lottery from 10/02-12/01,
本人EB3,pd is 09/2007 ,waiting for available visa so can apply for I-485 form.It is frustrating journey.
请问我可以申请lottery 吗？费用多少？有用吗？
