原来是H1B,本来准备年底前辞职。 got a I20 and a school file for F1 for me 8/1
, but it was approved last week. Just resigned today.
but the I20 is for starting next Jan (spring semester). I797A写的是 valid
from 10/3, valid for duration of status.
前段时间找到新的employer,file了H1B.今天给她们打电话。说我要从新file H1B, and
prove my current F1 status is valid.我的 F1 is approved, but it is for next
year.
What should I do now?
我现在到底是F1还算什么？
