HOW CAN USCIS KNOW YOU USE EAD or USE H1B beijingopera2008-10-15 23:14:57

If you are 485 pending and you have EAD at hand, and also in H1B now. How can USCIS know you are using EAD to work or H1B to work? You have to report to USICS that you are using EAD? Thanks.

好象有一个E-Verify program,雇人的公司可以加入.CIS可以通过E-Verify 得知公司雇人的情况.
