I have a question about PERM application. How do you know whether the PERM is filed for EB2 or EB1b?
When I filed for PERM last month, the lawyer told me that PERM was required for EB1b and EB2, except EB1a and NIW. So we need to get PERM approved first and then decide whether I wanted to go for EB1b or EB2. Is it true? Or I can go with EB1b without a PERM?
