My wife and I got GC this Summer through EB1B-based. But my son got interview lottery. The interview notice lists a lot of documents to prepare, 864 is the one. Does my son need this form for his interview? I submitted 134 for him last year with 485. Do I need fill in my GC in the 864 form? Any input is appreciated.
