身份：H1B, 485 Filed July 2007

Jan 2009 回美国时计划持 AP 入关；

但因为我想 maintain H1B status, 是否应该要求美国入境人员在 both AP and I-94 上注明我的 status 是 H1B, 而不是通常的 AOS？
