If his green card get approved and I mail it to him, Can he get back with it? Will the immigration officer deny him at Custom because he stayed outside US more than 6 months? You said He can get back with AP but he did not apply AP before he left. Can he do it now and reveive it in US Embassey oversea? I am using EAD now that's why he can not get back with H4 anymore.
