请问各位过来人。本人484pending, no EAD。收到request for evidence, asking
me to provide evidence that all my employment has been approved by USCIS.
The problem is that my H1-B renewal application was mailed out by HR a couple of days before it expired. I have not received the official receipt yet. HR says they can give me the mail tracking receipt, showing that the renewal application has been sent out in a timely fashion. Will this work? What should I do? I don't want to wait for the official receipt any more.
